On the left side, click on More Systems and then you will see subcategories pop up and you can click on Playstation and scroll through everything. OR just type Resident Evil 2 in the search box. MUCH safer than going to eBay. This is an Amazon affiliated site and I have used it extensively. There are lots of old games on there.

JJ Games has a lot of older games and I've used them before to buy stuff I've been looking for..here's a link to their Resident Evil stuff…

Looks like they have the Director's Cut and RE3 in stock right now. You can have them e-mail you when something else comes in stock that you are looking for.

Not just for PS1 but other older systems as well.

eBay's pretty much the only place you can find those games. You could get lucky and find it at your local game store or wal-mart. those games are hard to come by.
