No, PlayStation games have built in sectors on the CD that have errors in them, there is no way to recreate them with a burning program, and if the system does not see the error sectors, it will not play. Hence the modchip makes the system not look for those sectors.

Shadowfyre there's such a thing as open-use gift cards, I've heard Visa makes them, Mastercard probably does too, what they are is just debit cards with a set amount, say 50 bucks, that you don't have to use at a particular store but can use anywhere just like any other debit card. I don't know where you can buy them, though. Look around, I guess.

But if you try to download something for pc, yeah, you'll be wasting your money, it won't work… the mp4 video would work, but that's all free anyways

Unfortunately I can not find any games online. Fortunately, if the problem is that you can't/don't want to get a credit card, you can buy gift cards that work like credit cards, I use them whenever I can to buy online items such as games or movies.

If you don't have many stores around you, you can go to your nearest bank, they should have some ther…now, go on your quest to seek the Holy Credit Card.
